Ingredients:

  • 2 cups millet
  • 4 cups yogurt
  • sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How it works: 

  • Wash the millet, cover with water and cook until soft
  • Drain the water and leave the millet to cool
  • Mix the millet grains with the yoghurt in a bowl
  • Add sugar and vanilla to taste
  • Place in the fridge for a few hours before serving

Tastes particularly good with fresh berries, red fruit jelly, fresh figs or dates.
