Making a difference with a will and inheritance
We help people who have poor eyesight and are therefore restricted in their everyday lives. In doing so, we improve their prospects in life. Our work would be unthinkable without the voluntary commitment and donations of our donors.
There are various ways to support the work of GoodVision.
The bequest
If you would like to leave something to a person or a charitable organization without any obligations, a bequest in your will is the right choice. You decide which part of your estate is to be used, e.g. cash assets, securities or material assets. The beneficiaries will be notified by the probate court in the event of inheritance.
The disposition in favor of third parties
Bank accounts, securities accounts, savings books and also life or endowment pension insurance policies can be provided with a disposition in the event of death. In this case, the asset is not included in the estate. Such a disposition can be concluded directly with the bank or insurer at any time without notarization.
Appointment as heir
If you appoint our organization as your heir, we will ensure that your last will and testament is carried out with prudence and care in accordance with your wishes. For example, we will liquidate your household and accounts, terminate contracts, e.g. with electricity providers, and execute other dispositions. We have real estate and valuables appraised by experts and sell them at reasonable prices.
Leave your mark without tax deduction
No matter which option you choose: As a charitable organization, the EinDollarBrille e.V. is exempt from gift and inheritance tax. The assets you donate to EinDollarBrille e.V. and GoodVision therefore benefit people with defective vision without any deductions.
